# Recap

> Recap turns one source into a structured, readable document, then gives the user three next steps: send it to Calendar, export it to Workspace, or start PBL Learning.

Recap is a self-serve Web productivity product from Zero24 LLC. It is designed for messages, screenshots, links, PDFs, documents, videos, saved posts, and notes that need to become readable and useful before entering the user's existing systems.

## When to use Recap

Use Recap when a person already has a source and needs to understand it, prepare a time-based action, save a structured result, or explore the material through questions. Recap is not an open-ended chatbot, a standalone calendar, a workspace replacement, or a generic content-generation platform.
